Tagus Balcony
As part of the project to develop the recreational use of the Cedillo reservoir in the Tagus International Natural Park, a jetty was built in Cedillo. It has a rest and waiting area and a tour boat on which we can take an exciting trip to discover the flora and fauna of the Tagus International Natural Park.
With the river as a common thread, there are various routes on offer. We can enjoy the natural environment and the rich heritage of the park and visit interesting local towns including Herrera de Alcántara, Valencia de Alcántara, Alcántara or Castelo Branco in Portugal.
